Back to basic. Go through your basic technique. No matter on what level you are, reviewing and improving your basics are what will allow you to reach a higher level as well as make you look smooth and confident in whatever you do.
Body movement. Learn to articulate, isolate different body parts and find the coordination that will give you that “groove”
Ladies or Men's’ styling. Explore your feminine or masculine movement qualities. Learn styling and movements and how it can be used in solo dance as well as with a partner.
Partner work. Focus on your leading or following techniques. Get tips and tricks that will make you smoother on the dancefloor
